Abstract:
This study attempts to describe the relationship between leadership and performance based on concepts, theories, national and international research in this large field. In this context, by reviewing the literature in the field, I present an overview of the state of the art in the field of leadership and business performance, as well as some paradigms, limits and difficulties in the field. I will further offer a large perspective on effective leadership based on concepts, theories and national and international research in this large field
