Abstract: Without claiming to be a complete study, due to the aimed objectives and research variables we focused upon, the purpose of this research is to highlight the impact of information technologies implementation used in CRM and banking strategies and to identify some directions which will serve to design, organize and develop similar researches of a wider range.
