Challenges Met by Romania in Overcoming the Economic Crisis

Abstract: This paper advances general solutions that should be considered by governments to overcome the financial crisis. The core of this paper focuses on the measures undertaken by the Government Boc and also on the measures proposed by the foreign investors in Romania. The author suggests a number of measures to be taken in order to limit the effects of crisis, such as: a better absorption of EU Funds, investments in infrastructure, education, research, taxes reduction and increase of Romanian exports on the major emergent markets.
