Abstract:
Human resources management within Romanian companies requires a complex process of renewal and development of specific practices. A better understanding of this process will be possible as the influence factors are identified and analysed. This paper aims to present the level of development for human resources management practice in Romanian organizations. The influence factors are presented both from an institutional and cultural perspective. A clearer image on this issue could be achieved by conducting the analysis separate covering each perspective and could represent the subject of a future research.
