Abstract: The gaps between the Romanian and the developed countries in terms of a strong affirmation of the effectiveness of management in general and the participation of human resources in particular have convinced us that our choice might draw attention Romanian companies on the most effective methods management to extend it faster and generally improve overall human resources management in Romania.
