Abstract: Clearly the world is developing in new directions, social, political, and environmental. Now is the time, more than ever, for those decision makers who control training budgets to adopt a framework of practices, behaviors, attitudes and values that address every aspect of an organization's success. We must ask ourselves: is making decisions according to situations in which we are based leadership? In practice, all those in a position of some responsibility decisions, but this behavior is leadership? In fact, leadership requires a range of skills, behaviors and values. Secondly, in the current situation, leadership is not seen as something that is done only by the person in charge. Leadership exists at all organizational levels, regardless of the company. We need to move the focus from how the person "the top" lead and focus on how all employees can show leadership.
