Abstract:
Quality is a component of organisational culture that is expressed by positioning, competition, cooperation and satisfaction. The industry of tourism and hospitality can become a driving force for the Romanian economy through the level of services quality. Together with the practical experience it is aimed to adopt, implement and enforce the codes of good practices, of international standards for quality, safety and environmental protection. In a competitive economy, the differentiation of the tourist performance is made by the “Q” mark - the guarantor of reaching the level of excellence and of the existence of certain modern management systems.
