Abstract:
Taking into account that Suceava County represents one of the most endowed administrativeterritorialunits from the touristic point of view, we intend to highlight the tourism resourcesavailable to the county and their capacity to meet the needs of the tourists. Underlining theimportance of tourism development in Suceava County, the objective of this paper is to identify theperception of tourists about practicing various forms of tourism and the level of knowledge oftourist offer. The specific objectives of the research were: to determine the degree of participationof the tourist in Suceava in various forms of tourism, respectively the degree of appreciation of thetourists regarding the way recreational and recreational activities act on the level of life. Toachieve the objectives we carried out a quantitative research, based on a statistical survey, byapplying a questionnaire in the months: December (2016) and April (2017).
