Abstract: This work aims at disseminating the research findings on the extent to which Romaniancompanies encourage communication within organizations, at all hierarchical levels, bothvertically and horizontally. In this direction we have conducted an extensive research based onquestionnaire. The work instrument comprised a section of questions used to assess thecommunication within the organizations where the respondents work. We have questioned around300 employees from al hierarchical levels. In a forthcoming paper, we will present the impact thatthe promotion and development of communication between employees and leaders have onorganizational performance.
