Abstract: This paper continues the work carried out in a previous study published in “Ovidius University Annals, Economic Sciences Series, Vol. XVII, Issue 1/2017, pp. 336-339†, namely “Assessing Communication within Local Organizations†, where we have conducted a research regarding how Romanian companies develop communication at all hierarchical levels within the organization. The objective of this paper is to highlight the extent to which communication processes influence organizational performance.
