Abstract: Performance management can no longer be the only option for organizations in competitive orchanging contexts. When customers have a choice, organizations must do their best to becomebetter, closer to the target audience. The specialized studies, whether nationally or at European level, reveal that the climate oforganizational communication is particularly significant. It is closely related to the topmanagement style and not the type of organization. So, an intelligent managerial approach meansconcrete analysis, the investigation of reality, both by making a coherent picture of theorganization and by the detailed knowledge of the external atmosphere . Through this paper we intend to emphasize that as change is a law of life, so changemanagement becomes a law of organizational management. The change needs to be properlymanaged, and communication is one of the key elements in this process and one of the mostimportant levers to success.
