Mitigating the Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic Crisis on Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Romania

Abstract: Romania is at the moment, as in fact almost all the countries of the world, in a deep economic crisis caused by COVID-19 pandemic that inevitably affects small and medium-sized enterprises as well. This paper presents the impact felt by Romanian entrepreneurs following the new crisis and their reaction to the measures adopted by the Government to mitigate this impact.
