Part II Conclusion

James Forder

Chapter Chapter 11 in Milton Friedman, 2019, pp 197-198 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Conclusions are drawn from the consideration of Friedman’s non-monetary research, and the monetary research up to the mid-1950s. It is noted that even by this time he had made a notable contribution with A Theory of the Consumption Function standing out, but by no means being his only work of quality and importance. Common aspects of his objectives and approach through most of this work are noted.
