Abstract:
Abstract Teachers are generally considered as being subjected to particularly high levels of work stress. In Canada, the Canadian Teachers’ Federation (2005) stated that 83 percent of teachers reported a higher workload compared to four years ago. Moreover, considering the effects of health and individual performance on organizational effectiveness, it is important to be concerned with both. As a result, both the SIOP and CRITEOS missions emphasize the importance of enhancing human well-being and performance.
