Abstract: Abstract This script claims that alternative managerial paradigms, even if they disconfirm the common practices, can be precious for top management in order to avoid an automatic thinking process and to encourage creativity, innovation and a strategic perception of the business environment. The globalisation process needs more than before this mind attitude.
