Abstract:
Abstract We all know that the context in which our organization does business has many implications when it comes to change. In this chapter, we focus on assessing this external context, which is critical for diagnosing and developing our understanding of “Where are we now?” in the SOC framework. More specifically, as shown in Figure 2.1, this approach considers three main components:
