Chapter 5 in Strategic Organizational Change, 2005, pp 83-95 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the previous chapters, the focus has been on diagnosing “Where are we now?” and on developing recommendations for “What changes do we need to make?” – the first two questions of the SOC framework. In the next six chapters, the focus switches to implementation and answering the question, “How are we going to implement these changes and build in dynamism?”
