Abstract:
Abstract A Customer Value Enterprise® requires a new form of leadership which creates transformation and reinvention: leadership that challenges conventional perspectives and decision-making patterns, identifies barriers to change, recognises and breaks through functional and organisational conflicts, and provides intrinsic motivation that creates possibilities for others to succeed in a way that gives them choice, freedom and the power to do what matters.
