Abstract:
Abstract There are very few organisations which deliberately go out to damage the environment. Yet the activities of people will lead to environmental detriment. Therefore, companies tend to get highly defensive and see environmental communications as a form of fire fighting. But it need not be — it can be a mechanism to improve the business to the benefit of all its stakeholders.
