Overview of the Process

Tom Curtin, Daniel Hayman and Naomi Husein

Chapter Chapter 10 in Managing a Crisis, 2005, pp 79-80 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Putting a crisis management plan into action does not have to be a long and arduous process; however, it does have to be approached methodically. The process needs to start with a discussion of what one would like to see as an outcome, what are the key aims of installing a crisis management procedure and how can these be put into place?
