The Crisis Management Team

Tom Curtin, Daniel Hayman and Naomi Husein

Chapter Chapter 12 in Managing a Crisis, 2005, pp 94-107 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract Putting together a crisis management team (CMT) is one of the most important aspects of forming effective crisis management procedures. Without an effective team, which works well and understands its role, procedures and planning mean nothing. Choosing the team is a key part of the strategy, mixing depth, knowledge and leadership.
