The corporate entity and agency interaction

Shekar Swamy

Chapter Chapter 11 in Raising the Corporate Umbrella, 2001, pp 275-317 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The television advertisement (see Figure 11.1) opens with beautiful vignettes of well-lit streets of Tokyo. It intercuts with strong and sensitive images of the people of Tokyo—a bunch of school kids, sumo wrestlers, commuters in a train. All the images show the use of electricity, and how intrinsic this is to the quality of life. The viewer notices the jingle is in Japanese. The English translation also appears on the screen.
