Chapter Chapter 7 in The Power of Two, 2008, pp 137-161 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract A partnership without an aggressive improvement agenda is no partnership at all. In essence, improved collaboration needs to become part of your firm’s DNA. What this means in reality is the need to continually enhance the collaboration in key customer–supplier pairs: to make a pair of sevens into a pair of jacks, to make a pair of kings into a pair of aces, and to make this continual enhancement become a widely perceived strategic objective.
