Abstract:
Abstract This chapter examines some of the key challenges faced by Bulgarian organisations in the HRM area during the transition from a centralised planned economy to a market one. It therefore offers an analysis of the changing nature of HRM which is accompanying the other major social and economic changes characteristic of Bulgaria.
