Abstract: Abstract Just about every major organization around the world has invested heavily in three key digital initiatives—social media, mobile technology, and big data—in recent years. This investment has been in dollars and in people. Companies have recruited specialized practitioners for each of these digital initiatives, adopted new technology, and hired third-party specialists. They have a lot riding on the success of these initiatives.
