Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is based on the principles of experiential learning and describes the design and implementation of the study tour ‘Living the Factory’, which aims to offer international experiences to Colombian undergraduate students in order to both complement the learning objectives at the classroom and develop the international competences which are in demand in the labour market of the future international operation managers.
