Chapter 2 in Dialogue in Organizations, 2015, pp 39-79 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract The last chapter detailed limitations within RLT and showed the rationale for using Buber’s concept of I-Thou dialogue as a lens to view the leader-follower between space. From various calls within the literature it is clear that novel methods could be useful in relation to further conceptualizing this aspect of RLT. This chapter formulates my response to that.
