Abstract: Abstract Trade disputes constitute a very important component of the industrial relations system. It is defined in the Trade Disputes Act 1976 as: any disputes between employers and workers or between workers and workers, which is connected with the employment or non-employment, or the terms of employment and physical conditions of work of any person.1
