Chapter 2 in Organizational Buying Behaviour, 1986, pp 18-42 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In the first chapter we referred generally to organizational buying behaviour without being specific as to where and how such decisions are taken within the organization. The purpose of this chapter is to examine more carefully where the organizational buying decision takes place and to describe the role of different management functions in the buying process at different stages.
