Chapter 8 in How to Become a Consultant, 1993, pp 91-96 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract If your diagnosis of the cause of the client’s problem is correct, it should point the way to its solution. But the majority of problems, as we have seen, are capable of being resolved in more ways than one. This poses the question as to which one of several alternative solutions should be recommended as serving the best interests of the client.
