Abstract:
Abstract In order to test and explain the theoretical frameworks developed in this book, an in-depth case study was conducted of one company that recently went through a process of strategic change. This company will be referred to as the Consumer Goods Corporation (CGC).1 CGC is a multinational manufacturer of consumer goods based in the USA.
