Abstract:
Abstract Our perception of players is affected by our feelings and those of people close to us. Take care not to confuse true opponents with people we don’t like because of where they were born, their lifestyle, their ways of speaking or their political or other labels. This is where the sociodynamic grid is very useful: it gets away from the initial perceptions of the players and their agendas and helps to objectivise relationships.
