Chapter 8 in Managing Sensitive Projects, 1998, pp 83-93 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In order to get a sensitive project off the ground, a limited group of allies must be dynamically focused on a lateral project. This group is the first circle from which successive circles of players can be mobilised. To create and develop this first dynamic of the group the authors have developed an approach called ‘mediation-revelation’.
