Abstract:
Abstract The chapters on job descriptions, criteria and personnel specifications dealt with the preparation before a vacancy arises. The more thorough this preparation the easier it is to deal with events when an employee hands in a resignation or extra employees need to be recruited. Little ‘theory’ is involved; practical administrative experience is the greatest requirement.
