Chapter 17 in Action Learning Worldwide, 2002, pp 249-259 from Palgrave Macmillan
Abstract:
Abstract In this unprecedented competitive business environment, companies in Korea have invested much energy and money to transform their organizations in order to become more competitive. The pressure to transform has increased in urgency as the world has become more complicated and markets have become globalized. As a result, ‘transformation’ and ‘innovation’ have become the latest buzz words in the business sector. The recent explosive interest in the digital economy, e-commerce and intellectual capital is accelerating change in the paradigm of management.
