Abstract: Abstract As I sat down to write this chapter I thought of ways I could convey the richness of our experience as a growing company struggling to learn at a pace in keeping with our expansion. It occurred to me that the best way is also the simplest: just tell the story. This is a journey through our trials and tribulations, successes and failures, experiments and insights. I hope by exploring Cyberplex’s challenges you discover learning opportunities that apply to your own business’s growth, making the journey of learning a more enjoyable, productive and enlightening experience.
