Failing in business

Adrian Furnham

A chapter in Management and Myths, 2004, pp 57-58 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract The statistics on business failure, especially with respect to small businesses are depressing. In some sectors, like restaurants, more fail than succeed. And success is defined just as staying in business — sort of solvent — for a year or two.
