Fixers and inventors: semi and real creatives

Adrian Furnham

A chapter in Management and Myths, 2004, pp 59-60 from Palgrave Macmillan

Abstract: Abstract There is a great deal of nonsense spoken and written about creativity, mostly by those in the business. The single greatest myth peddled by gurus, trainers and their fellow travellers is the ‘prizes-for-everyone’ idea that we all are creative.
