Abstract: The paper presents the essential co-ordonates of public management with the view of realization of comparative analysis of manner of carrying on of activities in the field of public management in E.U. countries and in our country. Also the main changes are presented which have marked this field of science and practice at world-wide level and the manner how these changes have conducted to effectiveness of public services of administrative system of our country.
