Abstract: The article is developed by propblems of contemporary educational system. In work was considering the concept “synergetic effect”, his using in forming of well-known figure of students. Also, the important role of humanitarian and technical education, role of spirituality and culture were analysing. The necessity of unification and cooperation in differents scientific efforts were appreciating. Science is single and inseparable. It is impossible to care about development of some scientific disciplines and disregard others. It is impossible to pay attention only to those, the application to life of which became clear, and to disregard those, the value of which is not realized and is not understood by humanity.
