Abstract:
Economical growth and durable development of our society impose the assurance of an ample innovational dimension of development like an obligatory condition for the modernization of the scientific and technological base. The approach to some criteria of innovational development is possible if are created the special conditions for the researches realization, for the maintenance of humane creativity and promotion of the new products. To realize these goals, industrial countries created special locations- industrial parks, techno-parks, innovational incubators which represent preference zone for the businessmen and an optimal solution for the business development.
