Abstract: The paper focuses on possibilities of the qualitative risk analysis of a project, which appears scarcely in literature compared to the more sophisticated techniques of risk analysis, such as simulations. Identified are elementary processes of risk analysis ranging from the risk identification to the determination of significance of a risk factor by means of visualization and of scoring.
