Abstract: Professional formation in organizations is a planned process that aims to change the three psychological attitudes, knowledge, abilities / skills / capabilities - with the clear purpose of achieving high performance in an activity or a range of activities. The paper presents the required levels of professional formation needs and the main stage that asks for an organizational professional formation program.
