Abstract:
This paper focuses on a quantifiable matrix approach for small business vendor selection. The matrix evaluates many of the critical decisional variables in vendor selection, showing considerable sensitivity to subjective processes. The speed and simplicity of the matrix are uniquely suited to the problems and constraints frequently encountered by small business firms.
