Abstract:

The article deals with the organizational support of the process of management of financial and economic activities of banking institutions. In particular, the activity of one of the main divisions of the Treasury Bank, which is created and acts as an independent unit, justifies the decision to make certain financial transactions on the relevant financial markets and manages cash flows through interaction with branches, departments and offices of the banking institution. The article also focuses on the problem of the lack of accurate and up-to-date information between the structural units that take part in the management of the finances of the banking institution. In connection with this, it is necessary to create an information and management field of the bank, which is a collection of organized information input and output flows on the financial and economic activities of the bank, forming a unified management information about the financial activities of the banking institution. The article also focuses on the concept of the creation of an informational and managerial tree, according to which, in the structure of management of financial and economic activity of a banking institution, it is necessary to allocate five levels, based on which the principle of obligatory passage of necessary information at all levels with a gradual systematization and generalization. The concept considered in the article gives an idea of the logic and methodology of creating the process of forming general managerial decisions regarding the financial and economic activity of the bank in the future.

Досліджується організаційне забезпечення процесу управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю банківських установ. Зокрема, діяльність одного із головних підрозділів банку – казначейства, що створюється та діє, як самостійний підрозділ, що обґрунтовує рішення про здійснення певних фінансових операцій на відповідних фінансових ринках та управляє грошовими потоками через взаємодію з філіями, департаментами і управліннями банківської установи. Також акцентується увага на проблемі відсутності достовірної, точної і своєчасної передачі інформації між структурними підрозділами, що приймають участь в управлінні фінансами банківської установи. У зв’язку з цим, варто створити інформаційно-управлінське поле банку (ІУПБ), що є сукупністю організованих інформаційних вхідних і вихідних потоків про фінансово-економічну діяльність банку, формуючи єдину управлінську інформацію про фінансову діяльність банківської установи. Зосереджено особливу увагу на концепції створення інформаційно-управлінського дерева, згідно з якою в структурі управління фінансово-економічною діяльністю банківської установи необхідно виділити п’ять рівнів, в основу яких закладено принцип обов’язкового проходження необхідної інформації за всіма рівнями із поступовою систематизацією та узагальненням. Розглянута у дослідженні концепція дає уявлення про логіку і методологію створення процесу формування загальних управлінських рішень щодо фінансово-економічної діяльності банку в майбутньому.
