Abstract:

The main problems concerning to the changes of the legal framework in respect of registration of rights to real estate have been considered, national and international experience on the issue and the impact on real estate accounting method have been analyzed.

Висвітлено основні проблемні питання в зв’язку із зміною нормативно-правової бази щодо реєстрації речових прав на нерухомість, проаналізовано вітчизняний та зарубіжний досвід з цього питання та вплив на методику обліку нерухомості.
