Abstract:

An author is offer the model of analysis of competitiveness of poultry farmings enterprises. The developed method enables on the whole to estimate the state of the probed enterprise and define his competitiveness among the group of competitors. The sequence of quantitative and high-quality analysis of criteria of competitiveness is recommended. The integral going is formed near the estimation of competitiveness of enterprise which enables to develop administrative decisions in relation to the improvement of competition positions and choice of effective method of competitive activity.

Автором запропоновано модель аналізу конкурентоспроможності птахівничих підприємств. Розроблена методика дає змогу в цілому оцінити стан досліджуваного підприємства та визначити його конкурентоспроможність серед групи конкурентів. Рекомендовано алгоритм кількісної та якісної діагностики критеріїв конкурентоспроможності. Сформовано інтегральний підхід до оцінки конкурентоспроможності підприємства, що дає змогу розробити управлінські рішення щодо поліпшення конкурентних позицій і вибору ефективного методу конкурентної боротьби.
