Abstract:

In the article general signs and advantages of new form of financing are formed in industry of agriculture, which is able to activate development of investment activity and financial market on the whole. Unmaybe to satisfy the financial market of Ukraine all financial interests of his participants. One of problems of financial market development is absence of perspective forms of the investment providing of realization of innovative projects in industry of agricultural production. Therefore, and until now, in Ukraine actual is a question of the effective investing. In this work by the method of generalization general signs and advantages of new form of financing are formed in industry of rural which activates development of investment activity and financial market on the whole. Done conclusion that for the decision of problems of financial market development it is necessary to use one of risk levers of activation of investment activity, in particular, venture investing as alternative form of financing of agrarian to the sector.

Сформовано загальні ознаки та переваги нової форми фінансування в галузі сільського господарства, яка спроможна активізувати розвиток інвестиційної діяльності та фінансового ринку в цілому.
