Abstract:

Stages of process of planning and managing tourism system have been considered as well as potential possibilities of tourist region competiveness, which are to be identified while planning the tourism development in the region, have been distinguished. The methodology of planning tourism system and preparing strategies has been presented. Cooperation of system’s internal constituents has to become the basis of creating the regional tourism system, which produce the total tourist product in the region.

В статье рассмотрены этапы процесса планирования и управления системой туризма, выделены факторы потенциальных возможностей конкурентоспособности туристического региона, которые необходимо установить, планируя развитие туризма в регионе. Представлена методология планирования системы туризма и подготовки стратегии. Основой создания системы туристского региона должна стать кооперация внутренних элементов системы, которые создают общий туристический продукт в регионе.
