Abstract:

The plaсe and significance of budgeting and logistics in the management system for reaching company’s strategic goals have been researched. Necessity of developing general methods of integrated budgets, which will take into consideration requirements of the logistics system, has been proved.

Досліджено місце і значення бюджетування та логістики в системі управління для досягнення стратегічних цілей підприємства. Доведено необхідність розробки загальної методики формування інтегрованих бюджетів, які будуть враховувати вимоги логістичної системи.
